HEALTHY AND FAST RECIPE CHILI TOFU WITH BEANS , MEXICO

Ingredients 

2 cans of 540 ml of canned red beans, rinsed and drained 
1 can of 540 ml diced tomatoes 
1 can of 156 ml of tomato paste 
1 bell pepper, cut into small pieces 
300 g firm tofu cut into small pieces 
1 onion, chopped 
2 cloves garlic, crushed 
1 tsp. tablespoon chili powder 
1 tsp. tablespoons oil 
1 tsp. Coffee ground cumin 
4 drops of Tabasco sauce
